Power Plant T (Part 1)

Part 1: Control Rooms & Turbine Hall
This beautiful power station has been largely untouched since being abandoned. It boasts two control rooms, one of which has a window onto the replacement facility. The other is dark & dusty and rather wonderful. The turbine hall is the best condition I've ever encountered. I climbed high to get an overall view but wisely opted against walking to the middle of the crane!

These sorts of locations are very rare & we had great fun arriving via 'the coffin method'. Not one for the fainthearted! I love the peace in such locations considering how noisy it must have once been.
