Green Valley Hotel (Downstairs)

Allegedly this hotel perched at the top of a hill on the edge of the Black Forest is haunted & the atmosphere gives you no reason to think that isn't true. After a Covid enforced break from shooting overseas, this was a fun return behind the camera, whilst my sister patiently waited for hours in the car.

The hotel is a heritage monument & one of the more bizarre elements is that they are filling it with furniture and clutter. Some of it is lovely, like the presence of four pianos. Part one of my explore is downstairs, including the beautiful dining rooms. A floor below that are the remnants of a nightclub with a wonderful rounded booth & ornate tables etched with pictures of birds.
